These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the KeebKlean application ("the App"), provided by Michael Polizzotto ("we", "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App is offered through the Apple Mac App Store and as a direct download. Direct purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as our authorized reseller and handles payment, billing, and applicable sales taxes; Gumroad's terms also apply to direct purchases. Purchases made through the Mac App Store are governed by Apple's terms.
Direct purchases are covered by our Refund Policy. Purchases through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple's refund process.
The App temporarily locks keyboard and/or screen input so you can clean your device. You are responsible for using the App safely and for ensuring you can unlock your device when needed. Do not rely on the App as a security or access-control measure.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
