We want you to be happy with KeebKlean. If it isn't right for you, we offer a simple, no-hassle refund.
If you purchased KeebKlean as a direct download and you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Email support@keebklean.com with the email address you used at checkout (and your order number if you have it). Refunds for direct purchases are processed through Gumroad back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
If you bought KeebKlean through the Apple Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
